Tezuka, the president of Showa Denki Chuko Co., Ltd. gave a lecture. Her
company sells car components. Her company wants to expand globally so they are
working on skills that other companies can’t copy. The key to this company’s success
is using a system called “5S campaign.” They use this system to identify
problems, bring them to the foreground, and present them to management. Finally,
she said that each person is unique, so have a dream and do your best in society.
